How to Use Your Cutter & Imprint

1. Roll out dough on a floured surface to approximately 5 mm thickness.
2. Dip the cutter lightly in flour so the dough does not stick.
3. Press the cutter straight down into the dough without twisting.
4. Lift the cutter and gently remove the excess dough.
5. Transfer shapes carefully onto your baking sheet.
6. Press the matching imprint stamp gently into the dough before baking.

For the best definition, use dough that does not spread too much and keep the dough cool before baking.
